Protect Ellicott City (CSS Animation)
My heart broke for my friends and neighbors in Ellicott City, Maryland, who lost their loved one, homes and businesses in the flash flood May 27th, 2018. This design was created as part of a t-shirt fundraiser. All proceeds were donated to help residents and business owners displaced by the flood. I am very proud that this design has become a symbol of hope for the Ellicott City commUNITY. Community members have been wearing these shirts to watershed masterplan meetings or have posted it as signage on shops, residences, and churches throughout the neighborhood. I believe that together we can create a solution to protect Ellicott City’s commUNITY from dangerous rainwater run-off.
